Boys Basketball
With this weekend’s games, the boys will reach the halfway mark of their season. De Pere is the current leader in the conference at 8-0 and they also hold a 48 game win streak in the FRCC. Notre Dame is 7-1 and Sheboygan North is 6-2.
The Tritons and Redbirds play Friday, January 24 at De Pere. With the win, De Pere can push their conference lead to two games at the halfway point. A Notre Dame win will snap the Redbird conference win streak bringing them into a tie for first place with the Redbirds and make the conference race just a little more interesting.
De Pere, Sheboygan North, Notre Dame Academy and Ashwaubenon are all ranked in the state basketball poll. De Pere is at #2 and Sheboygan North #6 in the Division 1 poll. Notre Dame sits at #6 and Ashwaubenon #7 in the Division 2 poll.
