All ten schools of the Fox River Classic Conference sponsor Baseball. The Conference Champion is determined by conference standings after an 18 game double round robin schedule. There are no tie-breakers in determining a conference champion. If teams finish with the same record at the end of the season they will be named co-champions and each team will receive the same conference honor.
The 2023 season had the unusual occurrence of four teams being named Co-Champions, all with 14-4 records. Those teams were Ashwaubenon, Bay Port, De Pere and Manitowoc Lincoln. It was the second consecutive Championship for Ashwaubenon.
